Due to the nature of our products, please read the policy carefully.

1. No Return on Used Hygiene Products

Because our products are personal hygiene items, used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

This is to ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all customers.

2. Return/Replacement for Defective or Damaged Products

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged,
  • The product is defective,
  • Or the wrong product has been delivered.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of issue (photos/video) must be provided.

Once verified, we will send a replacement for the defective/damaged item.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • If the product is out of stock after you place the order
  • If we are unable to deliver to your location
  • In rare cases where replacement is not possible

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Used products
  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Delays caused by courier service

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong/Incomplete address
  • Customer not available
  • Customer refusing to accept the product

We are unable to provide refunds.

Reshipping charges may apply.

7. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only for manufacturing defects.
Size exchanges are not allowed for hygiene reasons.
